OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck by hazards: a) 3629 Shed Rd., Bossier City, LA; On or about September 11, 2018, employees attempting to raise a 53-foot semi-trailer with a Gray Truck Air Jack Stand (AJS)-3000 were exposed to struck-by hazards while using a 4x4 wood (placed between the lift post saddle of the jack stand and the trailer) during the lift.
