29 CFR 1926.20(b)(4): The employer failed to permit only those employees qualified by training or experience to operate equipment and machinery: On or about September 04, 2018, at 1450 Lee Wagner Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, employees who were not qualified to operate and occupy an aerial lift near open excavations were exposed to a fall hazard while operating an aerial lift near an excavation. NOTE: CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
