Location: 215 Cleveland Ave Harrison, NJ 07029 a) Employees exposed to struck by hazards; employees utilizing hand powered pneumatic nail guns & circular saws for framing operations without the use of eye protection on or about 9/12/18. GS Brito Contractors LLC dba GS Brito Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1198162, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/17/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 13 Plateau Rd Fort Lee, NJ 07024.
