29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii): Procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy, and the means to enforce compliance including, but not limited to, 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(A), (c)(4)(ii)(B), (c)(4)(ii)(C) and (c)(4)(ii)(D): On or about 9/12/2018 in production area at the Cam Tech Lines at 3310 Panthersville Road, Decatur, GA: Where employees performed service and or maintenance such as but not limited to cleaning and or removing the excess dough from the conveyor belts and roller and repairs, maintenance, and troubleshoot the equipment and machines. The employer failed to develop procedures that were clear and specific to protect the exposed authorized employees from a caught-in and amputation hazards. 1. Cam Tech A and B machines 2. Cam Tech A and B conveyor lines 3. Cam Tech A and B Bun Pan-O-Mat and Bun Divider production equipment.
