29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): (1) All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: On September 18, 2018 and at times prior thereto employees were exposed to fire hazards from accumulations of wood dust on the following surfaces: (a) Panel boxes located on the south wall near the Baker 2 headed resaw; (b) Disconnects located on the south wall near the Baker 2 headed resaw; (c) Metal wall beams/framing running the entire length of the south wall; (d) Metal wall beams/framing running the entire length of the northern wall; (e) Panel boxes located on the north wall near the 5 headed Newkirk KM-16 trim saw; (f) Disconnects located on the north wall near the 5 headed Newkirk KM-16 trim saw; (g) Circular ducting on the southern portion of the ceiling running from the Baker 2 headed resaw to the Baker 3 headed resaw model BBR-O saw; (h) Metal casting for electrical conduit on the southern portion of the ceiling above the Baker 3 headed resaw model BBR-O saw; (i) Storage area over the offices; (j) Wooden stairs leading to the storage area over the offices; (k) North west corner near the 5 headed Newman KM-16H trim saw; (l) Floor behind the Baker 2 head resaw in the north part of the production area; (m) Time clock and electrical cords near the time clock; (n) Boxes of nails stored near the time clock; (o) Floor behind the Baker 2 head resaw in the south part of the production area.
