29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. On or about September 4, 2018, at the jobsite 1650 NW 66th Avenue, Miami, FL 33126, located inside Building 708 Middle Tower Cooler, employees who operate forklifts were exposed to chemical burns from corrosive substances, such as battery acid, due to not being provided with adequate facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes.
