29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii) At a residential construction site located at 5120 Paseo, Kansas City, Missouri. Employees performing stucco and painting operations at a elevated height were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 14 feet to the surface below, while working on a scaffold that was not fully planked.
