29 CFR 1926.251(e)(8)(iii): Synthetic web slings were not immediately removed from service when snags, punctures, tears, or cuts were present: (a) On or about August 21, 2018, at a residential home in Sarasota, synthetic slings with multiple tears were used to hoist a 2,400 lbs. fiberglass pool with an excavator, exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
