29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii): a) 561 Montgomery St. Jersey City, NJ Masonry employees were exposed to a fall hazard, approximately 12 feet to the ground below, due to as the working levels of the tubular welded frame scaffolds were not fully planked. Violation occurred on or about on 08/24/2018. The E & N Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(g)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1058386, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/02/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 225 - 535 Glenwood Ave., Bloomfield NJ 07003.
