29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): (1) All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. On or about 8/22/2018 an employer did not properly ensure that the work place was kept clean in that combustible wood dust was located throughout the facility such as but not limited to the 1st floor next to the belt sander, the routers and saws. Wood dust had collected on electrical components located on the first floor such as but not limited to the electrical supply box for the lighting system, main shutoff for the belt sander and the junction box located next to the sprinkler drain off valve on the south wall.
