29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s): On or about 8/21/2018, in the lumber storage area at 331 Thomson Highway, Warrenton, GA: Where an employee operated a powered industrial truck with a non-operating passenger side front light. The employer failed to remove the powered industrial truck from service until the repairs could be made.
