29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy: a) CJ TMI Manufacturing America, LLC- Throughout the production Area: The energy control procedures were not specific for each individual type of machine (machines include but are not limited to: Dumpling line packing machine Vegatronic 2000OF/ ILAPAK, S/N 0630740247). The program only has a one fits all LO/TO procedure and it did not clearly and specifically identify the placement, removal or transfer of Lockout /Tagout devices on each individual type of machine and did not specify the requirements for testing to verify the effectiveness of LO/TO devices and other control measures. Occurred on or about 08/14/2018.
