29 CFR 1910.147(c)(1): The employer did not establish a program consisting of energy control procedures, employee training and periodic inspections to ensure that before any employee performs any servicing or maintenance on a machine or equipment where the unexpected energizing, startup or release of stored energy could occur and cause injury: a) Conrader Holdings, LLC at 749 E. 18th Street in Erie, PA. On or about July 31, 2018, an energy control program (lockout/tagout program) consisting of documented procedures, training, inspections/audits and lockout hardware had not been developed. Employees performed servicing and maintenance on machines .
