29 CFR 1910.333(a)(1): The employer failed to ensure that live parts were deenergized before employees began to work on or near live parts. On or about June 27, 2018, an employee left the work area to assist a noncustomer and was in the process of removing an electrical line used to provide power to a boatlift and did not shut off the electrical power before cutting into the line with cable cutters, exposing the employee to the hazard of electrical shock.
