29 CFR 1910.213(b)(5): On each machine operated by electric motors, positive means were not provided for rendering such controls or devices inoperative while repairs or adjustments are being made to the machines they control: a. At the wood working area, employees were exposed to a struck by hazard, in that, the Norfield Door machine which was hard-wired was not provided with a main disconnect which could be used to lockout the machine during maintenance, on or about 07/26/2018.
