29 CFR 1910.137(c)(2)(viii): Electrical protective equipment shall be subjected to periodic electrical tests. Test voltages and the maximum intervals between tests were not in accordance with Table I-4 and Table I-5: Rubber insulating gloves - Before first issue end every 6 months thereafter; On or about 07/25/2018, at the Prince George Arms Condominium 8th floor electrical vault room; 1) The employer failed to prevent employees from using insulated electrical gloves with an expired testing date while replacing an electrical transformer.
