29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: A.) Dolgencorp, LLC dba Dollar General Store #7705, 5051 Peach Street, Erie, PA 16509, office, on or about July 26, 2018 and times prior thereto: A relocatable power tap was plugged into an electrical receptacle and was being used to power equipment including, but not limited to, a second relocatable power tap. The second relocatable power tap that was plugged into first relocatable power tap was being used to power equipment including, but not limited to, an Emerson MW7300W microwave (S/N: 005164889MM) and Magic Chef 18EYW-2 refrigerator (S/N: 010514038). The second relocatable power tap was not listed and labeled for use in that the second relocatable power tap was series connected / daisy chained to the first relocatable power tap.
