29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer does not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: a) Aspen Contracting Inc., as a controlling employer, is failing to conduct frequent and regular inspections of its jobsites, materials, and equipment by a competent person where its subcontractors are performing work. This violation was recently observed on July 18, 2018 at 7246 Josh Byers Way, Fountain, CO when employees of J Cuellar, LLC (subcontractor) were performing roofing work without fall protection. Aspen Contracting, Inc. failed to ensure that frequent and regular inspections took place at this jobsite.
