29 CFR 1910.134(k)(5): Retraining was not administered annually to employees who are required to use respirators: a. 100 Melrich Road, Cranbury, NJ - Warehouse/Mixing Room: The employer did not ensure that employees wearing 3M half-face, tight-fitting respirators while mixing paints in the mixing room and disposing of chemical wastes in the warehouse were retrained on respirator use, annually. Violation occurred on or about July 25, 2018. WRITTEN ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
