29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring were not protected from damage: On or about July 16, 2018, Hanger-5020; employees used a STIHL chop saw that was energized with an electrical extension cord that was not protected from physical damage when ran through a doorway and down three flights exposing employees to electrical shock hazards.
