29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: On or about August 3, 2018 and at times prior to, throughout the facility: The employer did not ensure that the workplace was kept clean. The work areas were filled with material including, but not limited to boxes, trash, pallets, and raw materials, exposing employees to trip hazards.
