29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was four feet (1.2m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On 7/17/18, at the Acworth facility, in the Fast Bond 3 cell, guardrails did not protect all sides which were 5 feet above floor levels for employees accessing the platforms.
