29 CFR 1926.960(c)(2)(i): When and employee used rubber insulating gloves as insulation from energized parts, the employer did not ensure that rubber insulating sleeves were also used. On or about July 10, 2018 the employer failed to ensure that employees utilized the appropriate personal protective equipment (insulated sleeves) when connecting underground wiring to an energized electric service pedestal.
