29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii): The employer is failing to protect employees from potential fall hazards associated with working from a scaffold platform. This was most recently documented at 4708 S.48th St. Lincoln, Nebraska on or about July 5, 2018. The workers were exposed to falls of over 14 feet to the ground below. Employees were using a tubular framed scaffold which was not fully decked or planked at all working levels. This exposes the employees to potential fall hazards.
