29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): It shall be the responsibility of the employer to initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. a. On or about July 12, 2018, located at 158 Fescue Road in Sunbury, Ohio, the employer did not initiate and maintain safety and health programs for employees installing vinyl siding while working from a pump jack scaffold and ladders exposing the employees to the hazards associated with siding installation.
