29 CFR 1910.141(d)(1): Washing facilities were not maintained in a sanitary condition: (a) Date of Violation: On or about 07-09-2018 and times prior thereto, located at U.S. Postal Service Manassas Annex, 9020 Euclid Ave. Manassas, VA 20110, Condition: Employees were exposed to unsanitary conditions found in the male and female bathrooms. Bathrooms had not been cleaned by craft custodians in approximately 6 or 7 weeks and had visible feces and urine along with strong odor. Bathrooms were used daily by multiple shifts. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employee(s) and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
