29 CFR 1910.151(b): There is neither an infirmary, clinic, or hospital used for the treatment of all injured employees in near proximity to the workplace nor a person or persons adequately trained to render first aid: The employer is failing to ensure that employee(s) are professionally trained and certified to render first aid when a suitable medical facility is not in near proximity. It took approximately 20 minutes for emergency services to arrive at the job site following an incident where an employee was seriously injured. This violation is noted on or about 06/02/2018 at 10493 State Highway 142, Neelyville, MO 63954.
