29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer failed to report the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees or an employee's amputation or an employee's loss of an eye, as a result of a work-related incident, within (24) twenty-four hours: At worksite located at 4201 S Hocker, Independence.An employee who was in and around the parking lot applying asphalt, was overcome by the heat. Employee hands and legs were cramping and he was unable to continue work. with management knowledge employee left work early. Employee was later admitted to the hospital, and this wasn't reported to OSHA within the 24 hours.
