29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system or personal fall arrest systems: a) Jobsite: The employer did not ensure that employees working approximately 25 feet from the ground below were protected by a fall protection system. Employees performing framing operations were working approximately 25 feet from the ground below without a fall protection system in place. Employees are standing on the floor joists of the second floor in order to complete the framing installation. This condition was noted/observed on/about 22 JUN 2018. Paiz Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 912761, citation number 1, item number 1/a and was affirmed as a final order on 08/20/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 501-507 South 12th Street Philadelphia PA.
