29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a. On or about June 18, 2018, at the jobsite, an employee was exposed to an approximate 18 foot fall hazard, in that, fall protection was not used when connecting cables to the column-form while operating a Genie S65 aerial lift. b. On or about June 18, 2018, at the jobsite, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard when driving a Genie S65 aerial lift across the Florida Turnpike and not wearing fall protection.
