29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards were present, or were likely to be present, which necessitated the use of personal protective equipment: a) On or about July 2, 2018, the employer did not assess the drying procedure in the Silane room to determine employee exposure to moving parts of the drying machine. Employees were exposed to amputations by moving parts.
