29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy: a) Production Work Area: On or about June 27, 2018, employees were performing maintenance and servicing work on production equipment, including completing jam clearance activities, but the energy control procedures for the equipment was not written in a manner that specifically detailed the steps and techniques necessary for safe deenergization of the equipment.
