OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to crush and struck-by hazards: a) Production area - On or about June 27, 2018 and at times prior to, an operator of a Crown sit-down type forklift, serial number 9A157985 was observed not wearing the attached seatbelt. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
