29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of each workroom was not maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. When wet process were used mats were not provided: On March 27, 2018, and times prior thereto, employees worked on a surface that was not kept in a dry condition causing forklifts to slide before coming to a complete stop. Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards.
