29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l): Manufactured Housing Enterprises, Inc. - Bryan, Ohio: On or about June 16, 2018, the employer did not ensure that employees successfully completed a forklift operator training program containing elements in 29 CFR 1910.178(l) before being permitted to operate forklifts to move items in work areas such as the saw room.
