29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): An employee worked in proximity to electric power circuits and was not adequately protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: (a) On or about June 23, 2018, on the northbound shoulder of an interstate highway, an employee working and testing damaged electrical wiring that supplied power to street lights was exposed to an electric shock hazard.
