29 CFR 1910.106(b)(4)(i): Tanks were stored indoors which were not excepted by paragraphs (e), (g), (h) or (i) of this section: a) Worksite, 589 Montauk Hwy East Quogue, NY, 11942, shop - The employer stored approximately 70 to 100 gallons of flammable gas in an 275-gallon fuel storage tank located in the North East corner of the shop; on or about 06/20/2018. Note: In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
