29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical agents: A) 22 Central Ave Metuchen, NJ a) Employees were exposed to eye/face injuries while using pneumatic nail guns and were not protected with any type of eye or face protection. Observed on or about 6/22/18 City Builders LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1263008 citation number 1 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/31/2017, with respect to a workplace located at McElroy Street Fort Lee, NJ 07024.
