29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) At a residential construction site located at Lot 197 or 2400 NW 92nd St in Kansas City, MO: Employees were exposed to harmful chemicals that could cause injuries and/or illnesses in that the employer had not developed, or implemented, a written hazard communication program. This was demonstrated at the residential construction site when 5 employees were dispensing gasoline from a diesel fuel container that was used to power the air compressor.
