29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of each workroom was not maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition: (a) Re-Saw 1: On or about June 13, 2018 the floor around the Number 1 Re-Saw had a large quantity of saw dust piled around the saw and into the walk way next to the saw creating a slipping and tripping hazard.
