29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: a) On or about June 08, 2018, a work-related injury resulting in a hospitalization was not reported as required. The Southeastern Food Merchandisers, LP was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1125506, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/07/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 201 Parker Drive, Pelham, AL 35124.
