29 CFR 1910.333(a)(1): Live parts that the employee was exposed to were not de-energized before the work began in or near them. (a) Physicians Lounge- 815 Freeport Road, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about June 9, 2018, exposed live parts were not deenergized while replacing the fluorescent lighting fixtures to LED lighting fixtures. An employee came into contact with live electrical parts and was electrically shocked.
