29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: a) On or about 6/7/2018, Silo Area: The ground in the silo area had a large amount of saw dust built up, filling holes, pits, and uneven surfaces. b) On or about 6/7/2018, Silo Area: The silo access platform had a large amount of saw dust built up on it. c) On or about 6/7/2018, Loading Garage: The saw dust loading garage and access to the garage had a large amount of saw dust built up on the floors, ground and walls. d) On or about 6/7/2018, Silo Motor Room: The ground and equipment had a large amount of saw dust built up in the Silo Motor room. Abatement certification is required for this item.
