29 CFR 1910.265(c)(21)(ii)(a): Hog mills were not designed and arranged so that from no position on the rim of the chute were the distance(s) to the cutter knives less than 40 inches: a) Chipper Room, 156 Industrial Boulevard, Everett, PA 15537: On or about June 21, 2018, the hog mill chipper chute opening on a Fulgum brand chipper (serial number FI-FEW-1998) was as close as 16.5 inches from the cutting knives of the chipper.
