29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge 6 feet or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) Jobsite: Interior of structure, 2nd and 3rd floors - Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 24 feet from the third floor and 12 feet from the second floor while performing manual demolition work. The second and third floors of the structure had an open sided floor [or floors] resulting from the removal of an exterior wall [or walls]. Noted on or about 6/4/18.
