29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): (1) All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. On or about May 4, 2018: a) At the facility located at 15 Enterprise Way in Dahlonega, Georgia, employees working or walking in the area of the Hobbs machines, were exposed to slipping hazards due to the extreme amount of oil on the floor near the machines. The employer failed to properly ensure that the walking and working surfaces were maintained in a hazard free condition. b) At the facility located at 15 Enterprise Way in Dahlonega, Georgia,through out the shop area several air hoses and flexible electrical cords were run across the floor exposing employees to tripping hazards.
