29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a) Trim Line Room: The employer's written lockout/tagout program did not include specific lockout/tagout procedures for maintenance and sanitizing operations on adjoining pieces of equipment and machinery such as the "Auger Under Trim Line" and "P&C Auger from Trim Line" on or about May 9, 2018. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date, and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
