29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: At the jobsite located at 5905 W 137th Street, Overland Park, Kansas, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to electric shock hazards. The outer insulation was compromised, exposing the conductors on the electrical cord providing power to the Skill brand worm drive circular saw.
