OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to falls from height while climbing over and through guard rails of aerial lift to access an upper level. 1 MGM Way, Springfield, MA: On or about May 11, 2018 employees were exposed to falls greater than 10 feet while climbing over and through the manufacturer installed guard rails of a Genie Lift, Model No: S-45 to access an adjacent low slope roof.
