29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): (1) Places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: a) At Vertical Band Saw in New Steel Shop: On or about May 9, 2018 and at times prior; the employer exposed his employees to slip, trip and fall hazards in that employees were allowed to work around a vertical band saw that had a major hydraulic leak causing hydraulic fluid to be on the floor underneath and around the base of the machine.
